- We will provide hand sanitizer at the door to be used before you come in.
- Please leave personal items in your car.
- If someone is traveling with you we ask that they stay outside.
- No walks-ins please.
- Scheduling online or by phone to prevent lingering in the reception would be favorable.
- Please come to your appointment on time or cancel with ample notice as it is a limited schedule and we have blocked off more time to provide for extra cleaning and limited exposure.
What you can expect from us:
- There will be a limited amount of patients in the office at one time.
- Surfaces will be cleaned throughout the day.
- Air purifying essential oils will be diffused.
- We will be running UV-C air purifiers throughout the day as well.

If you have autoimmune conditions please consult with your provider before taking any immune boosting supplements as they may set your system into overdrive and make you feel worse. Purchase a table top nebulizer and have meds on hand. Look up Dr. Brownstein and Dr. Mecola's saline and hydrogen peroxide solution for upper respiratory health.

- At the onset of a cold foods like garlic, ginger, cinnamon, onion, green onion, leeks, squashes (acorn, butternut, pumpkin, etc.) Think grandmas chicken noodle soup. Things that are nourishing and warming.
- If you have a fever and sore throat (usually the next phase of a cold) so more cooling foods: Green, peppermint or chrysanthemum tea, banana, pears, strawberry (great for lung issues), seaweed (kelp), spinach, watercress, daikon radish, barley, amaranth.
- If the cold has now gone into the chest and you have a lot of phlegm (dampness) more bitter/cooling foods: bok choy, bitter melon, cabbage, celery, watermelon, kiwi, papaya, cucumber, zucchini, lemon water.
- Avoid Sugar, Dairy, Breads, Fried/Greasy, Alcohol, raw and cold foods.
